HOW MANY MONTHS IS AN ENTRANCE PROHIBITION TO FOREIGNERS WHO VIOLATE A VISA FOR 2 TO 3 YEARS?

For foreigners in violation of legal right to stay that is, violations of visa, visa exemption, residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption, the Law on Foreigners and International Protection no 6458 of 4/4/2013  ;Entry bans applied within the scope of article 9 titled “Entry ban to Turkey”  is carried out within the framework of the following principles.

2. Despite violating the legal right to stay, to foreigners leaving the country under the following conditions from 1 month to 5 years The decision to ban entry to Turkey is taken.

a. More than 3 months (including 3 months) violating the legal right to stay, to leave Turkey before these situations are detected by the competent authorities spontaneously from the Law of Fees No. 492 that comes to the border gates  paying administrative fines foreigners< /span>

For foreigners within this scope, the entry ban periods corresponding to the violation periods are as follows:

• 2 years – 3 years violation  : 2 year entry ban
