The visa exemption provided for the ordinary passport holders of Turkmenistan for their touristic travels to Turkey with a maximum residence period of 30 days has been removed.
The entry of Turkmenistan citizens to Turkey with visa exemption has been abolished. Thus, citizens of Turkmenistan will be able to visit Turkey subject to a visa.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the visa exemption provided for the ordinary passport holders of Turkmenistan for their touristic travels to Turkey with a maximum residence period of 30 days has been lifted.
The decision entered into force with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
