ATTENTION OF Foreigners Who Want to Get a Touristic Residence Permit in Turkey !!!!!!!!

Immigration Administration; Foreigners  Upon the determination that they have been outside of their purpose in our country by applying for a short-term residence permit for tourism purposes,

    1For foreigners who want to obtain a residence permit for tourism purposes who will enter Turkey with visa/visa exemption after 0.02.2022, and who, despite having obtained a residence permit before, exit our country after 10/02/2022 and come after 10/02/2022 and lapse more than 90 days from the previous residence permit. from strangers ;

     Other residence permits stipulated by Law No. 6458 after the use of the visa or the visa exemption period, or  Residence permits will not be issued under the first paragraph of article 33 of the same law (for those whose purpose of stay in Turkey is not based on justified reasons) for foreigners who do not have a reason for staying within the scope of the other clauses of the short-term residence permit, except for the item (e) “will stay for tourism purposes”.
