REJECTION OF WORK PERMIT APPLICATION ARTICLE 9 A

One of the reasons for rejection of work permit applications is; The application is not in compliance with the International Labor Policies.

 

INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW

Rejection of application for work permit< /span>

ARTICLE 9 – (1) As a result of the evaluation made according to Article 7 th  of this Law;

a) Incompatible with international labor policy,

b) Made with false or misleading information and documents

c) For the employment of foreigners whose justification is not considered sufficient,

ç) Made for jobs and professions reserved for Turkish citizens in other laws,

d) Pertaining to foreigners who do not seem to have the necessary qualifications and expertise,

e) Not meeting the evaluation criteria determined by the Ministry,

f) pertaining to foreigners notified by the Ministry of Interior to be within the scope of Articles 7, 15 and 54 of Law No. 6458,

g) Pertaining to foreigners who are deemed inconvenient to work in Turkey in terms of public order, public safety or public health,

ğ) Except for the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for the citizens of countries that the Republic of Turkey does not recognize or has no diplomatic relations with,

h) Not done or deficiencies completed within the statutory period,

references rejected.
