. Residence Declaration Form
. 4 passport photos
. Passport original
. Photocopy of passport (Picture page, page showing last entry, page showing validity periods.)
. Job Interview or Business Visa Obtained from Our Foreign Representatives ( Consulate )
. Notarized original of the company’s activity certificate
. Notarized original of the company’s tax plate
. Notarized original of the company’s trade registry gazette
. Notarized original of the company’s circular of signature

Important Note :
*If a residence permit has been obtained before, a copy of the original and all processed pages of the permit.
*Original of the notarized power of attorney of the person who will apply by proxy and a copy of the ID of the attorney.
*A residence permit for job interview and assembly purposes is issued once in a calendar year
