If Foreigners Leave Without Paying the Fine for Visa Violation

Foreigners must leave Turkey within 10 days after their visa period expires and their residence permit period expires. If the foreigner whose visa has expired and whose residence permit has expired does not exit within 10 days, an administrative fine must be paid. Foreigners who leave without paying the fine will be banned from entering Turkey for 5 years with the code Ç 120.

Foreigners who come to the border gates after obtaining a visa from the embassies and consulates of the Republic of Turkey can enter Turkey by paying the administrative fines and removing the Ç120 code.
