Other residence permits or   Foreigners who do not have a reason for staying within the scope of the other clauses of the short-term residence permit, except for ” those who will stay for tourism purposes” (e) , within the scope of the first paragraph of article 33 of the same law (those whose purpose of stay in Turkey is not based on justified reasons) will not be issued residence permits.
