D 113 FOREIGNERS ENTERING ILLEGAL EXIT

CIRCULAR ON RESTRICTION CODES

D-113 (Foreigners Who Enter or Attempt to Enter-Exit Illegal) coded data entry;

a) For a period of 2 years for foreigners who enter or leave our country illegally.

Data entry with the code Ç-113 is made in order to prohibit them from entering our country.

b) Making or attempting to enter or exit our country illegally by the Provincial Directorates

For foreigners who have been deported from our country due to a decision to deport them

Ç-113 coded data entries are made automatically by the Provincial Directorates to leave our country

C-113 coded data entries of those who come to the border gates are made by the border gate personnel.
