Ç – What is 115 Restriction Code ?
If a foreigner living in Turkey is subsequently imprisoned after being involved in a crime, a Ç – 115 Restriction Code is imposed. After the time in the prison expires, the prison takes the foreigner to the Immigration Administration. Then, the Migration Administration processes the restriction code and deports them. It is not possible to enter Turkey for two years.
