WHAT ARE THE WORK PERMIT CRITERIA?

Work Permit Criteria;

1. For each foreigner at the workplace for which a work permit is requested, at least 5 T.C. Employment of citizens is mandatory. If the partner of the company is a foreigner and requests a work permit, the employment requirement of 5 people is required for the last 6 months of the one-year work permit to be given by the Ministry, and the foreign partner of the company must have at least 20 percent of the capital, not less than 40,000 TL.

2. The paid-in capital of the workplace must be at least 100,000 TL or its gross sales must be at least 800,000 TL or the export amount in the last year must be at least 250,000 USD.

The first 2 articles will not be applied in the evaluation of work permit applications of foreigners who will work in domestic services. Foreigners are not allowed to work in domestic services, except for elderly, sick and child care.
