Registration of foreigners residing in Istanbul and Şanlıurfa to the Address System;
It will be done by Provincial Immigration Administrations.
In case the address is blank while registering the address; It will be enough to have a rental contract and a water bill.
If there is someone registered at the address; they will have to go to the immigration administration with the foreigner and give an exemption to those who stay together.
