How Many Months Are Entry Ban Implemented For Foreigners Violating Visa From 3 Months To 6 Months?

 In our country in violation of the legal right to stay to foreigners who violate the visa, visa exemption, residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption, Foreigners and International Law No. 6458 dated 4/4/2013 Entry bans applied within the scope of Article 9 of the Protection Law titled  “Entry ban to Turkey”   is carried out within the framework of the following principles.< /p>

2. Despite violating the legal right to stay, to foreigners leaving the country under the following conditions from 1 month to 5 years The decision to ban entry to Turkey is taken.

a. More than 3 months (including 3 months) violating the legal right to stay, to leave Turkey before these situations are detected by the competent authorities spontaneously< span style="background-color:#dddddd"> paying the administrative fines come to the border gates and arising from the Fees Law No. 492 < /span>aliens

For foreigners within this scope, the entry ban periods corresponding to the violation periods are as follows:

• 3 months to 6 months violation  : 1 month ban
