How Many Months Are Entry Ban Implemented For Foreigners Violating Visa From 1 Year To 2 Years?

Explanation on Entry Bans to be Applied to Foreigners Violating the Legal Right to Stay

For foreigners in violation of legal right to stay that is, violations of visa, visa exemption, residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption, the Law on Foreigners and International Protection no 6458 of 4/4/2013  ;Entry bans applied within the scope of article 9 titled “Entry ban to Turkey”  is carried out within the framework of the following principles.

2. Despite violating the legal right to stay, to foreigners leaving the country under the following conditions from 1 month to 5 years The decision to ban entry to Turkey is taken.

a. More than 3 months (including 3 months) for those who violate the legal right to stay, to leave Turkey before their situation is determined by the competent authorities spontaneously  originating from the Fees Law No. 492 and coming to the border gates who pays administrative fines foreigners< /p>

For foreigners within this scope, the entry ban periods corresponding to the violation periods are as follows:

• 1 year – 2 years violation  : Entry ban for 1 year (Ç-102 CODE)
