HOW CAN FOREIGN NATIONALS GET PASSOLIG IN TURKEY?

The Covid-19 outbreak has changed the conditions for football spectators to enter the stadium in Turkey as well as in the whole world. TFF (Turkish Football Federation) made a detailed statement on this issue. Apart from the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, there is a great curiosity about how foreign nationals will enter the matches. 1. The entrance of the spectators to the stadiums is done with the tickets purchased through Passolig with the integration of HES/Passolig. Those who will buy tickets must give their consent for Passolig to access the HES code information.

2. The spectators whose Covid-19 vaccines are checked and approved by HES can enter the stadium with the HES application.

3. Spectators who have not been vaccinated and have not had Covid-19 should have a PCR test 48 hours before the competition day.

4. Spectators who have had Covid-19 but have not yet completed their vaccination schedule as of the date of the competition can enter the stadium with the approval of HES.

5. HEPP application inquiries for the audience will be made with Passolig for Süper Lig and TFF 1st League.

How Can Foreign Nationals Get Passolig?

Foreign nationals are also required to obtain an electronic card in order to enter the stadiums within the scope of the Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Irregularity in Sports. Foreign nationals can apply for a card at passolig.com.tr, stadium ticket offices and Passo Mobil. Only Passolig Wallet Prepaid Card option is offered to foreign nationals.
